Refunds, exchanges or credits are only provided if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase (excludes sale items). Pro Lates Fishing will ensure that all items sent to you are checked and delivered in perfect condition. Items that have any tags removed, have been worn or are damaged will not be accepted for return.
Please note that items are to be returned in their original packaging with your receipt. We recommend that if you are returning your item by post, keep a copy of your receipt before you mail it.
After you have contacted head office please send your return, exchange or refund request to Pro Lates Fishing PO BOX 2529, Humpty Doo, NT, 0836. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of your returned item and whether you are eligible for a refund.
If approved, you will receive an email requesting your bank details. Your refund will then be processed via bank transfer within 2-3 working days. If you are yet to receive your approved of refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items will not be accepted for return (refund, exchange or credit), therefore, we advise customers to choose carefully.
Exchanges are only offered in the event of a defective or damaged item.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs upon the return of items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
